Day 1: Arrival – Pinnawala → Kandy
Arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA)
Travel to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage (~90 km | 2–3 hrs) and witness the gentle giants up close – enjoy elephant feeding and river bathing.
Continue to Kandy (~35 km | 1 hr) and spend the evening relaxing after your flight, recovering from jetlag.

Day 2: Kandy – Sembuwatta Lake & City Highlights
After breakfast, head to the scenic Sembuwatta Lake (~32 km | 1–1.5 hrs), also known as “Jannathul Duniya”, perfect for nature lovers and photography enthusiasts.
Return to Kandy (~32 km | 1–1.5 hrs) to explore Kandy city highlights, including optional stops at Matale Spice Garden and a Gem & Jewelry Shop.

Day 3: Kandy → Nuwara Eliya

Day 4: Nuwara Eliya → Kitulgala → Bentota

Enjoy a delicious lunch before continuing to Bentota (~80 km | 2–3 hrs), a serene coastal town perfect for unwinding.
